GERMAN TRADE FAIR ACCOMMODATION.
We are pleased to advise you that, due to the continued and increased demand for hotel accommodation for trade fair visitors, we have secured a large allotment of rooms for immediate confirmation. Once the allotments have been sold, we welcome any new requests, which we will then request from one of our many agents
In the last 12 years that we have been specialising in German Trade Fairs, we know which are the busiest and most difficult to find rooms for. However as there are so many fairs taking place, it is impossible to take rooms for all of them. If you need accommodation at any other fair, either in Germany or any other European city, send us an e mail to either peter@tradefairtravel.co.za or bunty@tradefairtravel.co.za with location, dates, hotel category, room requirements and client name/s
Listed below you will find a wide variety of fairs and the hotels which are available to you. The accommodation is listed under cities and in chronological order. If you know the name of the fair, but not the city, check the foot of this page where we have listed the fairs and the cities they take place in.
Please note the following conditions.
All rates are NETT of commission, and unless otherwise stated will include a full buffet breakfast, local taxes and German agents booking fees.
For all stays of 3 nights or less we will charge Nedbank’s T/T fee of R193.80 ( inc VAT) to cover these bank charges
We are not Credit cards merchants, if accommodation is accepted, we will fax invoice and ask for EFT within 24 hours.
Owing to Reserve Bank regulations our bankers, Nedbank, ask us to provide the name, physical address and ID numbers of all travellers for whom we transfer funds to overseas banks. We will enclose this form with our invoice. No vouchers will be sent ( by e mail) until such time as we have this information
Due to currency exchange fluctuations we will hold rates for 24 hours from date of invoice. Should payment not be received within this period, we reserve the right to re invoice at the latest exchange rate.
Our agents have different booking conditions, but generally no refunds are made after accepting an offer and payment is made. Should the room/s be resold then a refund may possibly be made, less a minimum of 30% cancellation fee. We recommend that clients take out travel insurance to cover for such eventualities
